Is there any difference between running sysprep then cloning the drive and
cloning the drive first and then do sysprep on the newly ghosted system ?

TIA

You will want to run sysprep to reset the SID, then image the drive. The next
time the pc starts teh SID will be regenerated. Then you will be able to use
that image on PC's with the same hardware architecture.
