SYSPREP

Can someone please send me or tell me the step by step
instruction to run sysprep on windows xp pro.

I know how to run it in w2k but xp is not working....inw
w2k when i run setupmgr.exe to run mini setup it goes
through asking question and then it creates a batch file
all i do just run the batch file and its done but in xp it
goes through nothing happens....PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP.

Can anybody tell me about the default services run by XP after
sysprepping?

I always have back uninstalled clients, deactivated services are
running again, and so on.

I am having around 200 computers in a novell netware environment. And
I dont want MS shares, MS clients, server/workstation (and others)
services...

I ve been reading several time this kind of Q, but never saw an A. Is
it possible that there is none? Is it a way to force network
administrators to have MS servers instead of linux or novell? Is it
infringing the antitrust enforcement?
