You can't add windows features to an embedded runtime that weren't already
added to the config by the runtime's developer - that's you. Also, I think
it's generally inadvisable for an end user of an embedded device to have the
ability to remove a windows feature that you - the designer of the target
runtime - decided needed to be in the runtime.
That's why the Add/Remove function is disabled in control pannel and
sysocmgr.exe is not in the respository / databse for XP-Embedded.
To add a feature to the runtime you need to add the component to your config
in Target Designer.

Well, is there any XPE update that makes my image to update to IIS 6 from
IIS 5.1.
