Sysocmgr.exe fails in XPE

Hi Rajnm

You can't add windows features to an embedded runtime that weren't already
added to the config by the runtime's developer - that's you. Also, I think
it's generally inadvisable for an end user of an embedded device to have the
ability to remove a windows feature that you - the designer of the target
runtime - decided needed to be in the runtime.
That's why the Add/Remove function is disabled in control pannel and
sysocmgr.exe is not in the respository / databse for XP-Embedded.

To add a feature to the runtime you need to add the component to your config
in Target Designer.

Thanks Martin.

Well, is there any XPE update that makes my image to update to IIS 6 from
IIS 5.1.

Regards
Rajnm.
