Unattended Install Error

During an unattended installation during the GUI phase
there "Registering Components" an usage screen appears
and setup halts until this is cleared.

The usage screen is the one for SYSOCMGR.EXE

Does anyone have any ideas how I can diagnose and repair
this?

This error was caused by the DirectX9 Update. I moved
this from cmdlines.txt to guirunonce in the unattend.txt
and the problem went away.
