syslib.exe error

When I start Windows XP and log in to my user account, I
get this 'syslib.exe' error. (Apparently, no such error
in other's account.) What could be causing this? It
seems to be affecting the Windows Explorer and the
network. Any suggestions or comments would be
appreciated.

It appears that its could be spyware. You might try running Ad-aware and
Spybot.
 
Thanks Chris, but I regularly run and update Ad-Aware6.0,
but I don't get any message saying there is a spyware in
my system...
 
I just ran Spybot, and it caught tens of spyware-related
items. I am not sure if it fixed my problem, though.
