Hi everybody,

I just got a new computer. I installed every ServicePack and every
windows update. So now I want to install SQL 2005 developper tools. So
I put the cd in and I just have a warning about online books
(compatibility problem harware) so I do not install that part, So I
click next --> it start installing then it reboot by itself. When I
log on the next time (and every time) I got the message Windows
serious error (something like that) sysdata.xml and mini(date).dmp
error.

So I did uninstall SQL tools, and now it looks like when the computer
want to go on the screen saver or standby it just reboot instead.

The computer is an Acer Veriton 9600 brand new.

Anybody ever heard something like that ?

Ok, So the problem is ACER and their driver. I put the intel drive and
everything started to go well. I hope acer will fix that soon.
