SyncToy Suggestions for a possible new version

To the Developers of SyncToy,

Please read:

I'm one of many satisfied users of SyncToy and as a user I would like to
give some suggestions that could make this application a lot more powerful
and better for many people; the following features are:

- Files to exclude. In the Folder's Pair Options you added the functionality
to add the files you want to include in the SyncToy's Action. I must say that
this is a great feature but when you want to add almost all files and exclude
a few ones this could be tedious for a user. That's why the need of an
opposite function ("Files to exclude").
- Multilingual User Interface. This is also a "most have" for many users.
Some of us don't understand/speak the English quite well and some other have
a null knowledge of this language. That's another reason to think about it.
I've shared this tool with so many clients/friends/etc, most of them are
satisfied with the simplicity and power of SyncToy but they match in the same
aspect, the language. That's why I said that "most of them", the other
clients/friend/etc did't use because it wasn't in their language. Maybe this
is a lot of work for you, but if you ask nicely you can get people interested
in make translations to any language and for free. I'll be happy to help you
with the translation to Spanish if you like.
- Change the path of Left/Right Folder's. This could be handful instead of
creating a new one.

I totally agree on these suggestions.
Additionally, I would appreciate it if the SyncToy would be able to use path
lengths with more than 256 characters.
