SyncToy path length problem

I love SyncToy and use it daily. I am having a problem with errors resulting
from path lengths being too long. SyncToy reports the errors with an OK
prompt during the analysis, then fails to copy because of the path length
errors. I am copying a directory structure that developers have been VERY
descriptive in their directory naming. Command line Robocopy works, but I
like SyncToy better.

I also see the same problem. However I have selected files further down in
the same path and they work without a problem.
