SyncToy Error Message

after downloading synctoy and getting the setup.msi file, it indicated I had
to download .Net Framework version 1.1.4322. I did this however it is version
2.0 now.
I tried installing synctoy and got the same error message.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello, Having the same problem I ran .NET Frameork Version 1.1
Redistributable Package and got:
An error occurred while Windows Installer was initializing. Setup will now
close.
Any advice?
