SyncToy - can I sync Cookies and History?

(If there's a better newsgroup to ask about SyncToy, please point me
to it.)

I will be using the free Microsoft program SyncToy to synchronize
certain folders between my desktop and my laptop. Mostly this will
involve email, newsgroup, Yahoo Messenger, and mIRC files, but it
would also be convenient to be able to sync my Cookies and History
information. The newest information could be on either computer.

Does anyone know how this might be done?

I would guess that you just have to find the appropriate folder... test it
first to confirm it works. If the file is read only or had a tilde (~) it
may not be syncronized.
