Syncronizing Data in Access

I am trying to figure out the best way to syncronize data between my sales
force in the field (remote) and our server (main) using the same database.

Any ideas?

We have access into the server via virtual private network. Full time
connection is out of the question.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Bob,

This sounds like what Replication is intended for. I don't know much
about it myself except that (a) it's effective in the situations it was
designed for, but (b) a certain amount of care is required to set it up
right. As well as what's in Help, see e.g.
