Syncronization error

I get this error message:

10:59:16 Error synchronizing message 'FW: Objectives '
10:59:16 [80004005-501-5E8-324]
10:59:16 The client operation failed.
10:59:16 Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store
10:59:16 For more information on this failure, click the URL below:

10:59:16 Moved a message that failed synchronization to 'Local Failures'.
Message subject -> 'FW: Objectives '. You can view this message in your
offline folder file only.

please advise?
