Syncing Hotmail Calendar to Outlook 2003 (SP3)

I've synced my Outlook (2003) to my business Hotmail (Windows Live) account &
calendar. However, I am now unable to refresh my shared Hotmail calendar -
that is, it does not update.

I would sure appreciate any help.

I'm looking at it in Outlook 2003. Actually, my screen is divided between my
personal Outlook calendar and my Hotmail business calendar both in Outlook.
I share with Windows Live through Outlook Connector (12.0).

How is it shared and where are you looking at it- in outlook or online?
