syncing contacts between 2 pc's???

Hi, I have a laptop and a desktop. They both use outlook. I want to use the laptop during the day and get contacts while im at work. Then when i come home i want to be able to sync the contacts with the desktop computer through the network there on. I want it to be very quick and simple. Any help would be appreciated.
