Synchronizing with a Palm

Hi,

When I synchronize my calendar using my Palm to keep the Outlook 2003 on both
computer with the same information, I loose all the color coded information on
my notebook, my principal computer being my desktop.

What can I do to correct this i.e.: having the color back

If there is programming involve I would require the major part of the code since
I don't know much about vb programing

Is there a way then to automate Outlook to color code meeting with a certain
keyword let say blue, and another red, etc....
