Synchronizing two calendars

Hello,

I have two calendars :
- one on our Exchange server
- one in my PST file (Outlook 2002)

Is there any simple way to synchronize them ?

Thanks !

Any particular reason you're not using an Offline Folder file as opposed to
a Personal Folders (PST) file?

Well,

I depend upon our administrators' will :c)

They decided all emails would be stored locally in a PST file.
But when we use the calendar in it, we can not share it.

So I have to read my emails from the PST, and use the calendar on the
server,
which is annoying. Plus, the reminders for meetings do not work on the
server,
while they do in the PST file.

That's why I wanted to synchronize the server and the PST to be able to :
- share my calendar (server)
- create my meetings in the PST (close to the emails)
- use the reminders (PST)
