Synchronizing outlook between 2 computers

I would like to synchronize outlook between my work computer and my home
computer. I have a VPN connection to my office network and I just a new PC
with XP at the office. PC Anywhere causes problems so I will be using the
Microsoft "Remote Desktop Connection" feature. How do I make this work?

What kind of problems do you run into with PC Anywhere? Remote desktop
most likely has the same problem and it only supports Window XP pro.
