Synchronizing favorites between two computers

Does anyone know a way to keep favorites synchronized between two computers
that are NOT connected?

I often create favorites at work and would like to have them at home; is
there a way to keep the two versions of my favorites (at work & at home)
synchronized? (in the same way as one can synchronize their address book
between a local computer and the hotmail address book before synchronizing
it from the second computer).

You could use the Import/Export applet on one occasion.

Then for any other sites you wish to keep send yourself the URL to your home
address.
You can then visit the site at your home computer and save the link.
