Synchronizing Emails Between Computers in OL2000

I have three different computers that I use in accessing my emails. How do I
synchronize them so that I do not have to read my emails three different
times when I access my emails? I use my laptop when I am on the road for
extended periods of time--and then there are my home and work computers. I am
tryin to avoid duplication of effort. Thank you.
