Synchronizing data on two PC's

I use a Palm Pilot with an XP Pro PC and would like to place the app on
my new Vista machine. Is there a way to synchronize my data on both
machines (when I enter data on one machine, it's automatically updated
on the other machine)? Both PC's are networked.

No, the Palm software does not provide this functionality; nor does Windows.
The only way to make it work would be to sync the same device on one
computer and then the other and finally back to the first, that would
migrate the data between them.

As Richard said, you can't do this with your computers. However, you might
be able to do this with something like Google Sync. I don't know if they
handle Palm.
