synchronizing contact folders between two computers?

I have OL 2007 installed on a desktop and laptop. I keep all my contacts up
to date on the desktop. What is the easiest way to transfer those folders
to my laptop? Under my contact folder I have 6 subfolders. Those are what
I want to transfer. Thanks
