Synchronizing calendars

I have a legal software program TrialWorks that uses
a "master calendar" to track all court dates,
appointments etc. Each user has access to this master
calendar on the stand-alone and we all can see what each
has that day. My problem is that when I go on the road
or in court I cant access the master calendar so I
work "offline" well offline does not allow me to view the
master because its stored on the server. Is there anyway
that I can sync the master calendar with my personal
calendar? I am getting tired of having to send each
event or appointment individually to my personal
calendar. The tech support for TW says there's no way
and my tech guy is not brightest when it comes to outlook
and exchange? Thanks for any help.

If TW stores its data in an Exchange public folder, you can make that an
offline folder by adding it to Public Folder\Favorites and setting it to
synchronize. Otherwise, I think you'll have to go by the TW techie's
response.
