Synchronize Shared Contacts in Exchange Server Configuration

Hello:

I have several users on an Exchange Server System & we would like to
synchronize the contact list between the two users.

The Exchange server is a hosted remote account & the users are using Outlook
2004.

Take a look here, it may may apply if using Outlook 97-2003. There is no
Outlook 2004.:
