Synchronize personal & exchange calendars

I am facing one problem with Outlook 2002. In my Outlook, there is Personal
Folder and Exchange Mail Box. I am using both calenders for fixing
appointments. The problem is even if i am busy in my personal folder
calendar, the exchange calendar will show that time as free. Is there any way
to make a synchronization between both ? OR Is there any way to receive the
appointments to the exchange calender, even if i am receiving the mail in the
personal folder?

Why aren't you using the Exchange mailbox? Other users cannot see
appointments in your personal folder, they can only see your schedule if
it's in the Exchange mailbox.

Is there a particular reason you're using Personal Folders as opposed to
Offline Folders?

Then use rules to move those items or drag and drop them to the personal
folders.
