Synchronize MS Outlook XP

How do I synchronize my MS Outlook XP mailbox so that it
is availalbe offline?
 
You need to set it up for offline use. Open the account properties for your
Exchange account to enable offline support. Each folder needs to be enabled
too - only enable the ones you need offline. You can do that from Tools,
Send/Receive group settings.
