Dear All,

I have many XP clients (all critical updates loaded)
working from a Win2K server. They all use folder
redirection for my documents and synchronize the folder
for offline access. The problem is when the synchronize
menu is activated the folders which have been marked for
off-line access do not appear on them - just the home page
on the browser. How can I make the folders marked for
offline access consistantly appear in the menu?
Thanks
Andrew.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your post.

As I understand, when you click "Tools"->"Synchronize" from Windows
Explorer, you cannot find the offline folder you configured. Only "My
Current Home Page" is listed. Is this correct?

It is possible that you have not enabled the offline files feature in
Windows XP. In order to make sure you have tried the correct steps, please
check out and perform the steps detailed in the following article:

307853 HOW TO: Use Offline Files in Windows XP

Please let me know if this solves this issue or if you need further
assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.
