Our entire business is run through an Access Database...We have build in
ability for everyone to enter their own personal calendar items in the main
database, so we only have to use one calendar. Several years ago I purchased
a pocket pc. Although it was a little cumbersome, I was able to download
from Access to Outlook and then sync with my pocket pc. Not real time, but
the best I could do.
We are in the process of purchasing Treo's for all of the staff. What I
would like to do:
1. Publish (download) the calendar from Access to a Master/Company Outlook
Calendar.
2. Have everyone's Outlook Calendar sync to the Master/Company Outlook
Calendar enabling them to synch the Outlook from their computer to their Treo.
A. We are on an exchange server
B. The software on the Treo's is Microsoft (not Palm)
Am I dreaming? Is this possible? I would not mind purchasing another
software, if it would make our system work.
Any advise?
