good mate for Outlook calendar

Does anyone have any recomendations about good software companions for
Outlook calendar?

We currently use Zimbra - which allows a web-base sharing of calendars
within our organization. Once you (or someone else) sets up a meeting
or other such event in Zimbra, it syncs with your own Outlook calendar
- not unlike Microsoft NetMeeting.

The problem is that it's not reciprical - so folks don't have the
luxury of adding events to Outlook calendar and having that
automatically sync up with the Zimbra web-based client so folks can
see it.

And let's not even get into Blackberries and palms and other toys.

Is there any web-based software that allows syncing up as well as
syncing down with Outlook Calendar, etc?

Thanks!
