Synchronize Audio and Video ?????

When I import an audio file to run with my video file(s) in Movie Maker, is
there a way to synchronize the audio and video automatically short of going
back and changing each video frame playback time? This feature is available
on some other slide maker software but I prefer to use Movie Maker.

Movie maker is not sldie show making software, although it can perform that
job. Can you not shorten the audio? or add the audio first and work out how
long you need your slides on for and make them the right size to start with?
