Synchronize a folder between 2 computers on a schecule, how?

I want to be able to synchronize "C:\my documents\dave\" folder between my
2 networked home computers, both win2k pro ntfs. I looked at
"accessories/synchronize" but I only see the ability to synch offline web
pages and my current home page. I want to synch an entire folder of various
files and I'd like to schedule that for, say, midnight every night. How?
