Synchronization with PDA via Bluetooth

I just bought a VAIO Notebook with Windows Vista Home Premium and want to
synchronize this with my PDA, which is a Fujitsu-Siemens N560, via Bluetooth.
Therefore I downloaded the latest Windows Mobile Device Center Ver. 6.0.6783.
Now I got the following problem:

I am able to synchronize the PDA via USB cable but not via Bluetooth. I am
able to exchange date via Bluetooth but cannot synchronize. Somebody said I
need a Microsoft Bluetooth stack instead of the Toshiba Bluetooth stack which
came with the VAIO Notebook???

Does somebody know a solution for this problem.

Same here, only with Toshiba Satellite U200. The laptop and PDA are paired
but they cannot connect, exchange info, or sync.

Any help? Thank you ahead of time.
