Synchronization of folders

Hi,

I work using my laptop from the office and home. When
connected at work i can synchronize my folders fine. When
i try to synchronize at home i get the error message

'Synchronization with the offline folder could not be
completed. The information store could not be opened'

Can anyone help me?

At home the Exchange server isn't available. Place Outlook in Offline mode
(File-> Work Offline) to stop it from trying to synchronise

I log on to the company network over though and can send
and receive email fine?
