Synchronising multiple calendars with Pocket PC 2002?

Hi,
I've just bought Outlook 2003 & love the look of the multiple
calendars. I'd like to separate my work & personal data on my
desktop, but still be able to synchronise both (combined) with my
Pocket PC 2002 device (Axim X5). So before I start drag & dropping to
another calendar is this possible?
