Multiple calendars to pocket pc

I have been searching through all the posts to find an easy answer to how to
synch multiple calendars and inboxes to a pocket pc (I have a dell axim). I
understand that I need software from somewhere else, but I don't understand
where. Can anyone explain how to get other software?
