Synchronising files

I am looking for software that I can use to synchronise automatically files
on 3 computers, 2 PCs and a laptop, on a home network. The PCs are running
XP home and laptop XP Pro. Googling has produced one or two programs but
they don't do it automatically.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

TIA

Are all these machines in use at the same time?
Have a look at Offline Files in XP - you then have ONE data source (on one
of the PCs), point all the "My Documents" folders on the other two at that
data source, and then select all for off-line use. that way the files are
automatically synchronised when each machine is re-connected to the network,
and the data source machine is also on. No need for additional software, and
gives a central point for backups.

Thanks -1, 2 or 3 at various times. I've gone back to briefcase but this
isn't really the answer either. I was hoping for something like the Iomega
program I use for my backups to my USB HD.
