synchronise laptop with outlook web access

I use outlook on my work computer and can access everything at home on my
laptop through Outlook Web Access - this opens in Internet Explorer. I would
like to synchronise my Outlook on my laptop with outlook at work through the
internet. Can anyone advise me how to do this?

Contact your mail admin and ask if they have any other means available to
connect to your work account like IMAP, POP3, RPC over HTTP, VPN, etc...
