Synch Outlook(xp) between decktop and laptop

This question has probably been asked and answered a million and one times,
but . . .

What is the best process/software for synching my laptop and my desktop? Are
there any synching programs that are absolute No-Nos? Any comments on
synching in general?

I am sure you have heard of the obvious one called "laplink".
But I am also sure there are many more out there.

Did you use Google to look? Don't be afraid. It's quite easy.

What are the other methods if the PCs are networked?

Google this group (http://groups.google.com/) for my name and the words
"network share". You'll see one of the several times I've answered this
question already.
