Synch Outlook(xp) between decktop and laptop

This question has probably been asked and answered a million and one times,
but . . .

What is the best process/software for synching my laptop and my desktop? Are
there any synching programs that are absolute No-Nos? Any comments on
synching in general?

Thanks!

I am sure you have heard of the obvious one called "laplink".
But I am also sure there are many more out there.
Let's see some more posts on this thread which should be interesting.

Did you use Google to look? Don't be afraid. It's quite easy.

See if something here helps: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm . If
the two PCs are networked, there are also other approaches to take.
