Symchronize Outlook Desktop to Laptop and vice versa

Does anyone have any advice on how to synch Outlook 2K between desktop and
laptop? The most important is to synchronize Calendars. I'm using Outlook
Express XP for e-mail on the laptop.

I just tried SynchPST and my Calendars got screwed up with duplicates.

Help?
