Synch Issues with 2003 Outlook

Just two days ago without any changes at office or at
home that I'm aware of when I did an F9 sych with my
office rather than just a few minutes it takes 3 hours
and actually goes through every folder and replaces the
information from the server even when no change has been
made.

After the 3 hour synch then sych is very fast until the
next day then 3 hours again. I synch with office server,
laptop and home desktop. I've been doing it for years
without problem now what?

How are you syncing with the laptop and the desktop? It sounds like the sync
process is making outlook think there are major changes to the file, causing
it to re-sync.
