Sync time between NT4 - W2K domain through a firewall

I have created a bat file

net time \\PDC /set /YES

I run this everyday on each member server on the NT4
domain to sync all servers to the PDC time. Now I really
have to sync the NT4 domain with our W2K domain's time (we
are going to impliment source safe). I have a Sonic Wall
firewall inbetween. There is no trust set up between the
two. What port and what service do I need to open? 37 for
tcp(6)? Will this work??

then I could run
net time \\2000DomainControler /set /YES

on the NT4 PDC?
