Sync Palm with Outlook 2000 AND 2002

I have Outlook 2002 at home and Outlook 2000 in the office. When I try to
sync my Palm at work, I am receiving an error to the effect of "Server
Busy." This
always happens while syncing items from the PDA's calendar (which originally
were created in OL2002) to Outlook 2000. I am wondering if the problem is an
incompatibility between calendar items in the two Outlook versions. Any
ideas?

Another thought is it could be related to the slow connection between my
work PC and the Exchange Server. However, this doesn't explain why the
problem would always occur at exactly the same point of the sync.

Thanks,
Max

Are you using the same Palm profile at work and at home? Have you checked
with Palm to see if they have a solution?
