Sync with MS Outlook, Palm Desktop, Palm Handheld

I'm looking for the ability to calendar sync like:

Yahoo<-->MS Outlook<-->Palm Desktop<-->Palm Handheld

Each <--> indicates a sync capability. The Yahoo<-->MS Outlook sync is done
through Yahoo's Intellisync4U software.

Chapura's products break the Palm Desktop<-->Palm Handheld conduit. Thus, I
end up with Yahoo<-->MS Outlook<-->Palm Handheld. Desktop is taken out of
the loop. Palm tells me the only way I can get the Palm Desktop<-->Palm
Handheld back is to reload the T2 Desktop software. But then I lose the MS
Outlook sync.

So the question is: how do I get the Desktop<-->Outlook sync without losing
the Desktop<-->Handheld link?

I've not heard of any tool that allows this. Your best bet is to check one
of the many Palm forums that exist.
