Sync Outlook with Hand Held

When Syncing my hand held with outlook it seems that outlook over rides the
fields that have been changed and puts the old information back. Is there a
way to sync a hand held with outlook so if the data has been updated it
updates those fields in outlook?

Also vise versa if I have updated the fields in outlook and I sync it to my
palm is there a way to make sure the changed fields show up on the palm. I
know this is how it is supposed to work, but for some reason it is not
working correctly. All updated informatin reverts to old data when the two
are synced.

It depends. Are you using a Palm device or a Windows Mobile device. If a
Palm device, you can right-click on Hot-Sync in the taskbar, then choose
custom. Open up each item and you can designate the settings as to what
overwrites what.

If you are using a Windows Mobile device, open ActiveSync go to
Tools>>Options. For each type of info you are syncing you can open it up and
choose what you want to happen if a conflict occurs.
