Sync Outlook over Internet

Hi,

I want to sync my offline Outlook with our server over the internet. The
only way I can do this, is via WebDAV. I cannot find a tool that does that
for me. Can you?
 
Oh, I'm sorry, the server is Ms Exchange 2000 (what else? :-))
