Sync or merge multiple calendars

We have a user who needs to sync her's and her bosses calendar to a pda. The
bosses calendar has been shared, but cannot be sync'd along side the users
calendar. Also, if we attempt to merge the two calendars, an warning appears
on the bosses calendar, that it may contain 'private information', and
prevents to transfer.

Is there any way of bypassing this warning, or any other method to use that
woud allow the syncing of multiple calendars via ActiveSync.

active sync supports just one calendar. if you create a table view that
shows only items not marked private, can she copy the appointments?
