Sync Mac and PC

I want to sync my macbook (running entourage), with my desktop PC (running
Outlook). Can I do this?
I want them both to download the same email accounts, bbut with all the
emails on both?

Is this possible?
 
Hard to say if you don't mention the type of mail account that you are
using. Outlook and Entourage don't have any link to each other on their own.
