How can I sync Outlook 2007 with a Mac?

At work we just started using Outlook 2007 (on Windows XP), and I have been
working on implementing the Getting Things Done productivity system in
Outlook, particularly in the Tasks, Calendar, and Journal functionality of
the program. However, I use a Mac at home, and so need to find out if it is
possible to sync my Tasks & Calendar with a personal information manager
program on the Mac.

I understand from my research already that Entourage does not currently
possess this functionality - data can only be entered locally, but it will
not update on MS Exchange Server. Thus, unless I can find another calendaring
program which works with the Outlook 2007 data format, I will have to use
Outlook on the Web.

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for programs or other things I
could try. Failing that, I'm wondering whether Entourage 2008 is planned to
have functionality for syncing with Outlook 2007. I would think it would be
in Microsoft's best interest to have the two programs be as similar as
possible, especially since they both use MS Exchange Server to communicate.
But maybe I'm asking too much...
