Sync Issues with Outlook 2003

I've got 25 Outlook 2003 users with latest updates running against an
Exchange 2000 server with latest updates.

Everyone has lots of entries in Sync Issues.

Is this normal? If it's not, any suggestions about the best way to fix
25 clients with problems?

Not the same error message. It's usually
11:47:53 Synchronizer Version 11.0.6352
11:47:53 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Gordon Prince'
11:47:53 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Inbox'
11:47:53 Downloading from server 'MAILSERVER'
11:47:53 Error synchronizing folder
11:47:53 [80004005-501-FFFFFAE2-560]
11:47:53 The client operation failed.

The link is to an Outlook 2000 problem.

I'm wondering if I really have corrupt files on the server that should
be replaced with Outlook 2000 versions as the error message says. It
sounds unlikely to me.
