Sync Issues with Outlook 2003

I've got 25 Outlook 2003 users with latest updates running against an
Exchange 2000 server with latest updates.

Everyone has lots of entries in Sync Issues.

Is this normal? If it's not, any suggestions about the best way to fix
25 clients with problems?

Are they all running in cached mode?

I have the same problem, with about the same number of people. Is your error
0x8004010f. I beleive it has to do with the offline address book. Here is a
link to what I have found on it so far. There is a couple of work arounds on
it. Hope this helps.

I'm wondering if I really have corrupt files on the server that should
be replaced with Outlook 2000 versions as the error message says. It
sounds unlikely to me.
