Sync files to server

I need to have a folder that syncs to a network drive. I am currently using
robo copy to achieve this but on occasion robo copy will get hung up on a
file and stop working. Is there a way to do this that will take advantage of
the shadow copy in windows XP, incase a file is in use during the sync?

You can try to use synctoy. It works like a dream.

Do not use synccenter in vista or you will get in trouble like that
